Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your chosen products to your basket, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so amendments may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at glowvanta.shop@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping options will be announced soon.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us before sending any items back.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at glowvanta.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Are your devices safe to use at home?

Yes. All Glow Vanta devices are designed for safe home use and come with detailed instructions. We recommend reading the full guide before first use.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Our devices come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Most of our devices are suitable for all skin types. Individual product pages include specific guidance. If you have a skin condition or medical concern, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.
